Accor Charging Me More for a Confirmed Stay

For anyone following along - I cancelled the Mondrian in the end - and booked Grand Hyatt for 75k points for 3 nights. I was keen to try the Mondrian, and burn some points, but the whole situation didn’t sit very well with me
