Accor and Qantas partnership

I have taken up the epiQure offer and registered for the auto transfer and am staying in Accor next week so see how it goes. EpiQure went through with no charge.
I am in the Virgin wine club which was free to join. Also Qantas are waiving the joining fee for QFF program.

Traditionally, unless it's changed, any number of points (even below the minimum transfer) is swept to the airline scheme at the end of the month. So assuming this is still the case (and it was around a year ago), all of your points would transfer.

Hope it hasn't changed; my points expire in Oct and I have no stays coming up. The sweep would save them (not that I have that many).

Email received today from Accor confirming that my points have been transferred to Qantas; zero showing in LeClub account.

Better than loosing them.

Now how long before they show in my QFF account.

Same, but I wasn't expecting that ! My reading of the Accor points to miles transfer offer was for new points to transfer, ie. those earned after selecting the miles transfer option.

Well, pushes me into RTW F territory so I'd better read up on that thread.

A bit annoyed that I didn't set up a Le Club account last time work put me up in the Novotel! Have done so now and hopefully can use it on my next work trip.

Very strange, Only points in multiples of 2000 got transferred.

I have now 1086 balance from that stay sitting in Le Accor.
As per the auto sweep, i thought all points will get transferred to Qantas. Anyone else have the same issue?

Not yet; think the T & Cs said up to 10 weeks IIRC

raised a ticket, and as expected, the support team just doesnt bother fixing the issue, even when the transfer was automatic!

Following your request to transfer Le Club AccorHotels points to our airline partner 2000, we confirm that from now on, after each transaction on your AccorHotels Privileged Partners account, all credited points will be automatically and systematically transferred to your Frequent Flyer card.

Any way i can salvage this? Ask qantas i made a mistake?

Really? I tried to find the email outlining the promotion terms and conditions but was unsuccessful. I could be wrong but I don't recall any instructions along the lines of - click here to activate this promotion. Are they having a laugh? Hopefully someone still has the email and can verify that for you.

So I just tried to find the email that I was *SURE* explained the 50% bonus - I found the email that advertised the "Qantas Accor Partnership" and also has the epiqure free join offer, but nothing there about the 50% points for transfer...hmmm. Like many of you, I am pretty careful about saving these things until the points arrive so it is odd that I now can't find the relevant email. Does anyone have the email or a screenshot ? Post #1 of this thread has a small screen grab, but I'm not sure it will carry much weight without an email/etc.

Edit: so the image in my email is not hard-coded into the email... it loads from accor's website. I have a vague recollection that the image is where the 50% bonus offer appeared, but I could be wrong. Would Accor change the image file to remove the 50% bonus ? They would then have effectively changed an email that had been sent out months ago = clever, but deceptive.

I'm positive I've also seen a post from redroo advising, that the 2000 points minimum threshold was removed, after the promotion started.
