Got my card unblocked, and "updated my details on signature for the next charge" - but does anyone know when the next charge will be or how to force it to happen?
My signature is just showing as "payment pending" right now.

This happened to me with my Amex brilliant. It never renewed, I also did not receive the points from the last payment then got charged twice . After more than a month between contacting Brazil other worldwide offices I did a chargeback which came through then one was charged again. One set of points eventually credited and I cancelled completely.
