Accor All and Qantas points questions

Recent stay booked through Accor All app has correctly given me Accor points but noticed this morning also Qantas points. This is my fifth stay this year at an Accor property in Australia but only 1st time points allocated to both programs.

Question 1: Should I be chasing QFF points for the previous stays or have I been "pleasantly surprised "?
Question 2: I thought as linked SG QF and Accor Gold, should I have received extra QF /Accor All points for QFd flights?
Question 3: Best way to address this - QFF or Accor?

The agreement between ALL and QFF is new.
I don't think retro claims will work.
It would be about maybe a 6 month back notice, that they both agreed to this.
I believe the earn rate is 1:1.

You could try putting an email to both parties.
Personally, I would just let it be, and keep quiet, and hope that their agreement will go on for the forseeable future.

Not that new. Pretty sure I was earning some points last year - but it is only stays in Oz / AP (?). Although OP says they were local stays.

Last year flights to Proserpine return had extra QFF points but not flights to Townsville this year.
Have trawled through T&C's Flight booking class the same, all Hotel bookings were Qld and Melbourne through website and app.
On Qantas website I read this morning that it is 3 QFF points per $1 (doesn't say when from though) for Accor bookings.
Guess will have a crack at emailing as for hotels could be 10k points.

Update:
Just checked QFF statement on desktop rather than phone, points for 3 out of 4 Accor hotel stays credited but no extra points for flights.
Have sent query to QFF Re flights/points.
Will keep you posted. Thanks

This that there is a bit of a mix.
Earn 3 points for booking ALL has been on for a long time, if the booking is made via QF hotels, and you provide your QFF #.
But the 1:1, where I made the booking with ALL direct, and earn 1 QFF point per $1 spent with ALL, I made the booking on the ALL website and not with QF hotels.
If I had made the booking with QF hotels, I know, yes, I would have earn the 3 QFF points per $1 spent.

These bookings were made through Accor ALL, got ALL points and the 3 QFF points per $1spend.

Normally I do just book through Qantas Hotels but being Accor Gold due to promo last year, have booked the Accor properties through them ( I like collecting bottles of De Bortoli Legacy )

I wonder have I just been lucky 3 times, or have you missed out @AustraliaPoochie ?
