Is Amex now competing against Sniip and Payment Logic etc with its own service?

Looks like a white labelled version from Yakpay/Payment Logic.

Anyone having issues getting to the login page? I keep getting a 403 error.

I'm still getting 403 error when going either into login or signup.

Is this dead in the water already?

And were there any perks of using accessline over existing providers such as Sniip and Payment Logic etc?

Accessline was Amex's in house payment provider for paying business invoices and such and previously for paying overseas accounts. They closed down the full version of it and launched a new Australian only version but it won't be around forever. It's cheaper than Sniip and others and the payments were done quicker in my experience.
