Access to 'manage my booking' blocked

Some while ago I received an email from SQ about a small (15 minute) change in departure time for SQ227 SIN-MEL in mid-July next year. Went to 'manage my booking' to check what seat and meal I had booked and find I can't access any of the details for either segment of that booking LHR-SIN or SIN-MEL. It's blocked with a message saying "One or more flights in your itinerary have been re-scheduled. Our reservations office will be contacting you to assist with the flight changes and rebooking for mis-connections of onward journey, if any. If you require urgent assistance, kindly contact your local Singapore Airlines office." Clicking 'close' just takes me back to the main listing.

Well, they have already notified me by email, and I don't want urgent assistance or re-booking of an onward journey, but is the only way to get that block lifted for me to phone them? If so, is it the KrisFlyer member number in Sydney I have to ring, or should it be the 13 10 11 number? Has anyone else had this problem?
 
I've had it a couple of times with my booking. Just for 5 minute changes!

Just give the Sydney number a call on 02 9350 0203 and they will sort it out for you.

I think there must be a system flag on each pax when a reschedule is carrie dout. The flag stays set until they get a positive acknowledgement from the pax that they have the new details.

The 5 -10-15 minutes rescheduling is really annoying. It doesn't really change 'our' plans too much as we are told to be at the airport 2-3 hours before hand.
 
Eventually got through to SQ on that Sydney number. The block on 'manage my seat' for that segment is now lifted, but a new message appeared when I tried to check my meal selection: "There are no meals to select for the PNR. Contact us." What on earth is that about? I had selected meals earlier. I suppose I'll have to contact that number AGAIN. Not happy: long wait times and poor line - the rep's voice was all chopped up and very hard to understand.
