Some while ago I received an email from SQ about a small (15 minute) change in departure time for SQ227 SIN-MEL in mid-July next year. Went to 'manage my booking' to check what seat and meal I had booked and find I can't access any of the details for either segment of that booking LHR-SIN or SIN-MEL. It's blocked with a message saying "One or more flights in your itinerary have been re-scheduled. Our reservations office will be contacting you to assist with the flight changes and rebooking for mis-connections of onward journey, if any. If you require urgent assistance, kindly contact your local Singapore Airlines office." Clicking 'close' just takes me back to the main listing.
Well, they have already notified me by email, and I don't want urgent assistance or re-booking of an onward journey, but is the only way to get that block lifted for me to phone them? If so, is it the KrisFlyer member number in Sydney I have to ring, or should it be the 13 10 11 number? Has anyone else had this problem?
