access to knowledge centre ebooks

Hi there,

Newbie here. Just wondering if knowledge centre ebooks are restricted to certain members? I am trying to download ebooks but it is asking for password.

The Knowledge Centre was formerly a benefit of Platinum membership of AFF. Since Frequent Flyer Solutions was introduced however, there is a new way to gain access. It is a paid program, but it eliminates the legwork of finding the information yourself, instead setting it all out in an easy to understand format.

Yes, Sam is correct. The Knowledge Centre articles are no longer available. The information is now included the the Frequent Flyer Solutions training program.
