morning all. I have friends who are travelling AC to their pre retirement dream cruise and train trip in June

I have got them to join AC ff after a struggle!
We want to buy them maple lounge access either end of their trip.
Could you please suggest how to go about it
I have tried calling AC on web numbers but never get to speak to a human

I am used to AA old month lounge passes and I am QF plat so I don’t know about AC

I don't think Air Canada sells single-entry Maple Leaf Lounge access?

I think they would need to either upgrade to business class or they would need to have Star Alliance Gold status.

Depending on where they are flying out of, perhaps you could buy them access to another lounge that does sell single-entry access?

This page suggests it might be possible to purchase a single use pass? Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges

It seems you might need to do this from inside manage booking. And must be on a latitude, comfort or flex fare.

Good pickup - I didn't realise they're now selling access to people on certain fare types.

I only looked because i vaguely remembered something. It’s not sold the same was as say AA’s Admirals’ club passes where you can just buy them on a dedicated page. Think it’s more like the QF version where you have to link it to an existing ticket.
