So Mr. Alan Joyce blames extensive call centre wait times on people who could manage their enquiry on line but rather call. Mmm....I have two QF award seat bookings with Qatar, MEL-FRA and MUC-MEL. I am able to separate passengers on MEL-FRA but not MUC-MEL. I am loathe to telephone for this request and much rather do it myself.
Any ideas why I can't ? (the "separate" icon is simply not there on the latter booking ) I have updated APIS on both bookings.
