AAdvantage "no ageement" error

I have been trying to put my AAdvantage number into an Amadeus booking but the error that shows on checkmytrip.com is "no agreement"

Any ideas what this means?

Sounds like someone has totally messed up the entering of the FF number. Call QF and get the number removed and re-entered and so that it shows the right format

Tried that, no success.
The number was definitely being entered correctly - just not recognised
