AA PJ's AKL LAX?

Does anyone know if AA provides PJs in J, AKL LAX? I can see ex SYD is a yes, but can't tell if that includes AKL

Unfortunately I believe the answer is no. American only offers PJs in J on their trans-Pacific routes. It was part of the airline's promotion of upping its game to be more competitive with Qantas or some such.

Yes they do offer them to J pax on this route. LAX/DFW to HKG and SYD.

I would have thought DFW/LAX - HKG would be considered Trans-Pacific ( even though the great circle route may be rather northerly ).
