Hi All,

I was wondering if there was a special AA phone number for OWE's?

OWE = OneWorld Emerad?
OWE = OneWorld Explorer?

Are you looking for the Around The World desk to book a One World Explorer, or are you looking for a phone number to call AA for a general inquiry. AA, just like Qantas, only provides priority phone access to agents for their own status members, not for elite on other OneWorld programs. When calling the AAdvantage phone numbers, you get a message like "in order to get you to the right agent, please say your AAdvantage membership number", then you are routed to the appropriate "desk". This is basically the same as QF does by asking members to enter their FF number and then prioritising the call.

If you have an AA flight booking and you already have your OWE (eg. QF WP) number in the booking, then I have found that the AA system automatically routes me to the EXP desk when I call up and choose "Existing Reservation" from the automatic system and then talk it through finding my reservation.

Otherwise - I get the standard desk.
