AA Lounge access @ LAX and LAS

Do I have to buy a pass to access the lounge at LAX or LAS, if flying AA F whilst QF Gold and paid QF Club?

Am i correct if I purchase a pass I can guest one

As a Qantas Gold, you have Sapphire status with oneworld.

As a result you and a guest can access any Admirals club before departing on a oneworld operated and marketed flight.

This will be useful at LAX, but not sa at LAS as there is no Admirals club.

However, there are reasonable paid lounge options for Prioity Pass or "The Club at LAS".
