There will be no change for Qantas Club.

The article is about Flagship Lounges. These were traditionally First Class (and platinum frequent flyer) lounges. After the renovations they will be open to First, Business, Platinum and Gold Frequent flyers.

Qantas club never had access to Flagship lounges, and can continue to use the AAdmirals Club lounges as per current arrangements.
