Hi All,

Just completed a RTW DONE4 trip on QF, BA and AA.

All of my AA flights were in "First" however they all credited to QF as either Economy or Discount Economy????

I have never had this occur before having done the same trip 4 times now.

Any thoughts?

QF say they need boarding passes to process correctly despite having access to my booking reference that clearly states First as travel class.

Thanks
Peter

Don't send the boarding passes - keep them close.

Email attached scans of them to frequent_flyer(a)Qantas.com.au along with a copy your original e-ticket.

Fortunately, AA prints the fare bucket codes on these (P, A, D, I etc.).

Thanks Serfty,

Yes have scanned the ones I did not throw out (3 of the 5) and they all show "A" as fare class (and at least they are the longer ones), and QF help desk could bring up my e-ticket, so hopefully they sort it out.

It certainly adds up from an SC point of view (missing almost 200 SC's) JFK-BOS-JFK-ORD-SFO-LAX

Points and SC now adjusted.....

QFF called personally to advise the other day, and today just had another call from QFF who had been "monitoring social media" and saw my post - just checking to ensure it had been satifactorily resolved (big tick)

Qantas do a very good job of Calling back in situations like this when Points & Status credits don't appear in one's account correctly.

Most Noteable, in my situation is regarding MASA bookings on QF flights & Jetstar flights with the "Plus" Bundle purchased.

If you have your boarding pass at hand to prove you flew in an eligible class, then The Frequent Flyer service centre will investigate rather quickly & credit your account with the relevant points & Status Credits.
