Over the last 3 days we have had 7 flights from SEA to BGI.
The snacks were only ok and the rolls were pretty gross with not much filling.
Breakfast is fine - I had the steel cut oats which comes with brown sugar and dried fruit mix, plus fresh fruit and a 'biscuit' or roll. +1 had the quiche which he enjoyed.
For lunch we both had the same - salad, beef enchilada (quite tasty), roll (I chose a pretzel roll that was really sweet) and a cookie for dessert.
Our flight from DFW-MIA was over two hours late due to a late incoming aircraft and we missed our connection to Barbados. As a result our flight the next morning was in Y
. We were #1 & #2 on the upgrade list but were warned the afternoon before that business was full. The aircraft was one of the refurbed international 757s and we were given seats in the 'main cabin extra' section which had a lot more leg room. When the trolley came round I asked if Oneworld Emerald received a free snack, the FA said she didn't know but told us to choose something anyway! We both had the chicken, avocado, egg and salad sandwich which my +1 said looked like a kid had thrown it together for their lunch. However it wasn't too bad and had lots of fresh chicken and salad in it as opposed to the slim pickings in the F snack roll.
