AA/Alaska Code Share QF Points & SC's

I am looking at booking a First Felxible fare with AA for SEA-LAX (via SFO) and cant work out exactly if there will be QFF points and SC earn on the Alaska leg (AA flight number).

Both legs will be booked into F class AA6870 & AA1931 however after reading the QF Earning table it states:

Alaska Airlines (AS): Excluded: Points are not earned on Codeshare Flights operated by an airline other than Qantas.

Is there a way around this, aside from flying via ORD or DFW which inflates the cost x 4

Obviously the SFO-LAX flight on AA metal is ok.

If you are travelling on an AA flight number you will earn base points and cabin bonus. I flew SEA to SFO recently on a F class YUP fare, on Alaska metal, and earned QF ff points.

The potential to earn 150 SC's on a flight leg which needs to be taken for less than $400 looks like it will be a nice little earner.
(especially in peak season between Xmas & New Year)

It only relates to codeshare flights. Travel on AS flight number on AS metal will earn as per the table.

What it means is that if you are flying on an AS flight number on an aircraft operated by an airline other than Qantas or Alaskan, you would not normally earn any points.

Another question, if flying on the AA codeshare flight in paid F class do you get access to the AS Boardroom lounge?

Reading the Alaska Airlines rules it states that paid F & A ticketed passengers get access, but isnt very clear regarding codeshare flights (and AA do not have an AC at SeaTac).
