AA Airpass in J?

Is there such a thing as a Oneworld visit North America Airpass on AA in J or is it only Y?.

If not can the Y seats be upgraded to J?.

Upgrades would be available on AA flights using AAdvantage miles - into A (First) or C (Business) - 15K per one way trip up to 3 segments

There's no prices listed, but often standard bookings can be cheaper.
