This post could go here or the A321XLR thread, but couldn't find that one so posting here.
I came across a business class called the Butterfly Single-Aisle. Effectively it's two recliner business class seats that can be converted into a single lieflat suite. It's quite an interesting concept that would give an airline like QF the flexibility it needs to turn a plane around from an ADL-MEL flight into a MEL-PER/DPS/SIN/AKL/DRW flight.
It could also be sold as Business Recliner and Business Sleeper where the service remains the same (cabin, FAs, food and bev service) but you pay for the extra space or amenity of the lieflat seat. The recliner option could provide a pseudo premium economy on longer flights that otherwise wouldn't have it installed.
