First up, I rang and their offer was waive the annual fee on renewal but still pay the QF 'fee'. Not good enough so card closed. Next day, Mrs ashleyn rings and gets an offer to keep the card for another 3 months for 5000 points. Well that's a no brainer. How do these call centres work ? Some sort of standardisation would be nice.
