Hello all,

I booked a room at Aspen Suites in Bangkok yesterday for 4 nights for a total of THB 3608.09 with taxes.....a bargain I thought

I was sent a confirmation of my booking soon after.

I've just received the following from the hotel.

"Dear xx_xx_x,Good Afternoon from Aspen Suites Central reservation‼!
Regard to your reservation, I sincere apologize to inform that the rate in reservation under GK 6098 was incorrect due to technical problem actually, the correct rate should be THB 7,216.
Please kindly understand and forgive us for inconvenience case.

Should you require more information please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,

xx_xx_x"

Where do I stand on this?....do they have to honour the original booking regardless?

Thanks

TH

The answer to that would lie in Thai consumer law, if it exists.
