Another fantastic TR. Scads of great photos. Looks to have been an excellent trip. Unfortunately not for us. My wife is very prone to sea sickness and I hate the taste of crabs.
Great TR brings back many memories of our Kimberley cruise in the noughties. Although it was a 100 person ship we got to many of the spots you did and experienced the horizontal falls in zodiac.
I do disagree with you about the Mud Crabs. I went crabbing in Mornington Island from a fishing lodge We went into a small creek and put down 5 pots at 25 metres interval. When we dropped the last we went straight back to the first pot and pulled it in. The fellow said up here we think the 15cm crabs are too small -that is the legal limit. So we only take them less than 25cm if we don't get 25 of those 25cm in the 5 pots. We got 27. Never eaten so much crab in my life before or after.

I vaguely recall there is an iconic painting that looks almost like this photo you captured... I can't remember the artist
