Hi Everyone

Ended up booking our flights to Hong Kong in Sep with Virgin Atlantic.

I booked economy, but was wondering if anyone thinks it is worth it if i pay a little extra to go into Premium Economy.

Also wondering if you can purchase a pass to the Upper Class lounge at Hong Kong airport or if it is strictly for upper class tickets.

Also looked up my booking online and i have the option of choosing seats...but most of the ones left are towards the back and say something about pitch being smaller due to something under the seat. Any suggestions>

Hi,
I fly VA to Hong Kong several times a year and always go in premium. Thats by my choice and not the company. It is much more comfortable and roomy and you certainly do notice the difference. Great service and food too. I think they have one of the widest PE seats on offer from any airline.
The good thing with VA is you can pay to upgrade on just one leg so the return which is overnight is a good one to do it if you want to split it. In my mind its well worth the money.
I asked about the lounge when I went the first time and as far as I know they don't allow it to happen. If you hear any different please let me know as I am interested too!:D

Enjoy
