Seafood bisque. Very fishy.

Champagne sorbet which was delightful. Our dinner companions who don't drink alcohol declined. Mmmm.

Fillet. Yummy.

Dame, our table mates were on the Golden recently and were not happy with the food either. I think through Shanghai?

Did I mention I am being paid for photos I take with my proper camera? Which as my US table mate of last night pointed out means my trip is tax deductible! :p

Pardon? An interesting proposition.

If they were on the repositioning from Asia to Sydney there were lots of issues apparently. It does seem your dining options are a notch up from what we had.

Not a great dining experience last night. We thought about the buffet but we like spicey food and the offerings were very uninspiring. Think it was Italian night.
Decided just to have a couple of courses in the MDR - soup and mains.

I had Bellini (cold) soup and it was delicious.

Veal scallopini was a bit meh. MrP had the pork rib in broth and it was pretty awful. Think big chunky chewy bits. The wait staff knew already. Of course he was offered another dish but he decided another creme brûlée was the way to go.

I did discover this last night. There is a special that was not advertised until last night.

A liqueur for $3 where you keep the glass. Tonight was limoncello - Italiany - so that was my drink but the ladies next to me had already started their collection the nights before so said it was available every night.

Very cute.
First there was one.

And now well on the way to a set.

We are on the second of three sea days which isn't ideal, then four ports in a row - Penang, coughet, Langkawi then KL. Appropriate tours booked in all but Penang where we will visit Georgetown on our own.

Very hot today and seas like molten glass. Can you tell I have just been to an edification lecture? Sad to say my spelling nasty came out with some basic spelling errors in the presentation. All about The Tudors. How very appropriate on a ship in the middle of Indonesian waters.

These cabins on Deck 9 and 10 are completely exposed and they are cooking hot today.

This is the Bridge. Looks like no one driving us at the moment.

Escaped into the cool for the today's Tatt shopping. I actually bought a waterproof cover for our Phi Phi Island speedboat excursion.

Ding ding. Another masterpiece sale. Must away.

The ice carving display. People waiting patiently in the sun and just as it's about to start - photobomb by Ms Bosom barking orders. Stood in front of kids etc till she got shifted. A little.

Internet is reasonably fast currently. It's lunchtime and obviously people need refuelling after three hours since the previous three course Breakfast.

Same Ms Bosom as in the check in line or is there a gaggle of them?

Think there will be quite a few sunburned bodies this evening :)

Same. I keep seeing her. But a gaggle also. The video I took has her circling around in front of everyone as they are trying to take photos. No idea that she is disrupting people or maybe doesn't care.

Crossed back over the Equator just now. No cleaning off the mess in the pool though. Adult pool just got closed as 'something' in the water.

There are two part charters - only small in number but they have their own bulletin boards. A Russian and Spanish Travel Agency.

Great report. I was booked on this one and the following cruise but thought better of it with excess kids due to school hols! Cancelled it and came to BKK and Pattaya for a few weeks instead. I like the open air minisuite balconies on deck 9. Shame there aren't any minis on Caribe as the balcony there is half covered. Good when it's raining.

I can't believe just how few kids there are. I was expecting masses but there just aren't that many. Lots of people doing that B2B.

This cruise is a hot one so the uncovered ones are baking. We've found if you keep the curtains opened even on our covered one that the air cond struggles. Also I can't stay in sunshine due to the meds I'm on - I got this weird sunburn in Bali late last year and do not want that again so covered is good for me.

I do love the mini suites though. Best cabin we've stayed in of all the cruiselines.

Two more glasses last night. Our last sea day of the trip. Four ports in a row now.
