8% Cashback Promotion via Cashrewards

Until June 8th, Cashrewards is running a promotion where you can get up to 8% cash back on most Accor properties booked through them (or 3% on Luxury hotels like Swissotel, Fairmont and Raffles):



I went ahead and booked the ibis Sydney Darling Harbour for $107/night. Interestingly, after making the booking through the link, I received an email from CashRewards saying I'm only receiving $3.11 cash back for the booking (this seems to be the "old" rate). Is that just an error (and I'll receive the extra $5 or so back)?

I booked Ibis SYD airport for 1 night for $133 and cashback appears to be only $3 something and Novotel Brighton Beach for 2 nights for USD258 and cashback appears to be only around $8.

still waiting for my cashrewards cash back from my stay in December 2022, lodged a query on 23rd of may and provided evidence i stayed and paid for the room.

Note: cashback tracked normally, just wasn't approved by Accor after my stay
