Already happened in the mid 90s with EBB in Panama as a 742, before that in 1968 EBC crashed in Canada (B707).
I was thinking the RAAF 707 that crashed off East Sale in 1991 was ex Qantas, but a little research shows it was actually built for Saudia Arabian as a Boeing 707-368C.
