I wouldn't think its an easy thing to do either. Given the limited visibility the pilots would have from the coughpit compared to a fighter jet it would be pretty difficult to maintain formation as well as they do.

Although I suspect they are not actually as close together as the video depicts.

Actually, they retired the 200's in 2007. However it may be possible that a few stayed on for cargo (I think they only had a few dedicated cargo planes) and the video states it was the 2008 air show in Durban. Who knows.

The 200 is still in service, although that one is Safair owned.
