Yeah maybe but if I was targetted it is despite NOT being an email recipient. So the targetting is certainly not clear and I never got any email which potentially told me I was only eligible if I got the email, so this T&C has never been provided to me.

There has been a few cases where no email but members saw customized advertising, which should include the T&Cs. With the current state of QF promotions re errors etc, its always possible they were omitted, without the ad we cannot say for sure.

Thats interesting, a bit like the Flybuys and Woolies promos where a choice is given.
