I tried to add an existing supplementary card holder a second time - like an account card for the primary card holder - and was told that this wasn't possible. Does anyone know if this can be done?

can anyone confirm the max numebr of supp cards is 4 or 5?

I have 4 on one account, and applied for a supp card,
I also have 1 on another

got the 2x5000 bonus points pretty quickly, however only 1 supp card arrived by mail today,

im thinking i got the bonus points but the system has stopped a 5th supp card going out

Nope, but I rang to confirm some things about bonus points for spend and the operator then offered the additional supplementary bonus points. I kept his name and call regference number if there were any queries. But both bonus points have posted, so no need to use it.

I always keep the name of the person I speak to and get a reference number for everything - never know when you'll need to quote a phone call that was recorded!

This is why I always ask people as well for their expericnes as often Google can either be wrong or not the same in reality.

They gave me 7 supp cards on my explorer account. But only one bonus as I expected and they informed me.

They said the number of supp cards is at their discretion.

Of course not. Just put another name down.

Seems there is no consistency in what they ask for. All I gave was a name and DOB. Had the card sent to my address and away we went.

I have done this twice now (different campaigns), and they havent asked for a DL, I dunno what to do if they did, the dog doesnt know his DL number either.

I have been getting Supps for over a decade.

Mainly they do not check. But every now and then do a random audit check to make sure the person is real.

Applied for 2 cards friday night. They only asked for name and dob of supplementary card holder.

But received a call today asking for a d/l or passport number to do an electronic verification of the supp holder.

Not sure if its sampling but be wary of using the dog/cat name.
