I'm currently 3 months into my 18 months purgatory, if I take out a supplementary card under my mum's card to trigger this deal would it mean that I would be ineligible for an Amex promo in 15 month's time?

I also checked as I only have to wait until January for my Amex probation to end. My Mrs signed me up for the 5000 on hers and the agent confirmed that being a holder of a sup card has no bearing on exclusion periods.

Just checked. She called and applied for my sup card yesterday.

I got 4 supp cards for explorer a few months ago as I was told it was the max, got a call and confirmed one card, and the rest all arrived in the mail

just last week Fully knowing the max is 4, I tried to get the bonus and applied for a 5th card, and 1 for my other amex

both lots of bonus points got credited 3 days apart,
so i assume my supp cards are on the way,

what is the max nunber of supp cards per account?
