4hrs in Abu dhabi, any suggestions?

Hi All,

My husband & I will be transiting in Abu dhabi next week for 4 hours in T3, has anyone got any suggestions or can advise what to do ? It's not long enough to take a bus tour, but long enough to be sitting on a chair in a terminal. It'll be after a 15 hr flight, so any tips or advice would be appreciated ,as we have never landed there before. Also, are there any free showers in the Terminal?
