4000 points for supplementary card

I am still waiting for the 6K bonus points from three years ago .... I signed up three supplementary family cardholders at the then 2k/per card bonus :shock:

Did you complain, I'm starting to suspect this may be a manual process and may have to nudge it along!

Called Amex this morning to follow up on this one. They asked me to send them a copy of the email offer that I received, and will follow up with their marketing department. Will advise when resolved.

I've just sent email to complain on behalf of myself and wife and have included link to the website which is still up and available. Was worried that I didnt have the physical mail but dont nee to when website is still available (and have taken a copy now too).

Happy to report that I have just received a follow up call from Amex, and the 4000 missing points have now been allocated to my account. Appreciated not having to chase them again. Nice one Amex :)

I corresponded using the Secure Messaging on their site (which was an easy option and possibly less effort than ringing up), they promised me I would have points by the 25th, 4 days to go but easy to reply to their secure mail if I dont to follow up.

I queried through secure messaging - got an initial response a few days ago saying they would investigate and a further reply today saying fixed - 4,000 points in my account - just in time before the 15% bonus velocity points expires :)

Well it did take a followup but my wife and I each have our 4K points on 30/10.
