I have 4 X QF general lounge invites that i'm happy to pass on. Don't fly QF as much as other airlines now, so haven't used these up yet.

2 X expire 15th July 2025
2 X expire 31st July 2025

Only transferred them to family members before though, aware this sort of transfer is outside the rules isn't it? So what's the safest way to do a transfer??
