Hi Hive Brain

Hoping this is the right place to ask.

I have 4.5 hours in Abu Dhabi airport starting about 6am, two adults, two kids aged 6 and 10.

I'd like to get a hotel room, but the airport hotel only seems to operate between 9am and 9pm. Or if there's another, I can't find how to price and book it.

I know the Premier Inn is a cheaper possibility, but not sure that 4.5 hours will really be worthwhile once we take boarding time into account.

Other ideas welcome. Paid lounge access for four would be steep, and the Al Rheem lounge has poor shower availability.

I think you might check the operating hours of the Aerotel again. 😊.

Thanks. The booking engine is very idiosyncratic, and I think that's what I had been struggling with.

And despite anything it says in that article, it insists on a six-hour booking.

On my dates and times, only the double (not double x 2) room is available at US$129. Which is probably better value than four lounge accesses...
