3k to 3k baggage transfer at SIN airport

Im traveling to coughet next week on Jetstar (3K) from PER 3k112 to SIN to HKT 3k533...

Can anyone tell me if they will transfer my bags on to the connecting flight??

And if they dont what is the procedure, to I need to clear immigration and collect my bags then check into my next flight?

I know Jet* may not be very helpful in baggage transfers, however Singapore airport is usually pretty user friendly so they may do it...

If so, and PER-SIN and SIN-HKT are both considered "Jetstar International" then - yes, the bags should be transferred.

Yes it is on the same booking.... However I phoned Jet* spoke to what sounded like an ill informed phillipino and he said "NO". I do not that Singapore airport do transfers even if the airline normally dosent at other airports.

Just hope there is someone listening that has done this before.

May I suggest you tweet "@JetstarAirways" and ask the question.

Go to Transit C when you arrive and they should be able to issue your boarding pass and reroute your bags if they haven't already been checked through.
