If you were to book a discounted flight during this period - would you be able to then move it to a later time without extra-point penalty?

Not looking to fly during November however have SQ travel plans in mind for 2018, so was thinking this might be an opportunity to save some points

Item 3 of the terms and conditions says: "Any change is strictly not permitted for bookings made under this promotion. Cancellation is also not permitted for partially unused or totally unused tickets." So no dice unfortunately.

Still MEL/SYD to SIN return for around 80k is awesome value if you have a plan to use them.
