Noticed this morning there are several dupilicated items on my 28 degrees transaction record. Rang in - they are aware of the problem and working to fix everyone's accounts up. (It said there is a long call wait but I actually got through in a few minutes.)
Bottom line: don't worry. And no need to follow up with the merchant. 28 degrees will fix this with credits to our accounts.
(Thought I would put this post in 'travel news' (for now) to get maximum exposure, especially if folk are overseas and can't call to Australia.)
