That's it Qantas. Just keep ignoring those that book with you all the time and only offer incentives to those that will only fly with you when you offer them an incentive and then they go back to the opposition when there are no incentives.
Reward for my loyalty? If the trip falls in the promotion period then why not? 25% bonus points is not a great deal but the thought would certainly mean something.Why should Qantas offer you more points for a booking you have already made?
