I didn't receive the offer either. Applied through the website, and it seems active under My Offers. T&Cs mention that you must have received the offer to be eligible, so I'm not super confident they will honor it.
 
Not eligible via that page and nothing showing on my offers page. Wonder if an email will arrive.

It does state very Cleary in the T&C’s that it is targeted so I’d be trying to make contact with them

This offer is only valid and exclusive to select members and is not transferable.

To be eligible for this offer from Hilton Honors, member (1) must have received this offer directly from Hilton Honors​

The T's and C's do not explicitly state that you need to get an email. The wording is "must have received this offer directly from Hilton Honors". I would make the argument that I have received the offer directly from HH by logging into my account and seeing it as an 'active offer'.

Never got an email reply from Hilton so I rang the Hilton Diamond desk in US who confirmed that award stays count...woo hoo as I already have an award stay booked at Conrad Cairo in early March. Cancelled my unnecessary paid stay at Hilton Sydney this Sunday!
 
Was pleasantly surprised to get the email, was going to drop from to Silver from Diamond. Happy to boost status for 12 months for the price of a night at the Doubletree.

On the app, select "offers", lots of offers there but not the 1 night to retain diamond:(.
But I logged into Hilton account on the web, and the "Tier Last Call..." shows up under "active offers" ! 58 days left.
Is this what you eligible people are seeing?
 
This is what I see too, didn't get an email. And Diamond desk replied confirming one stay will trigger the extension.

Yes. When I posted the articles earlier, I interpreted that as an available offer - not realising that it was already “active“ offer for me! The email came later.

Finally got an email reply....didn't address the Q whether an award stay counts for the promo so luckily I rang. Interesting to note it mentions that it is a targetted offer ..

- enquired via webchat, they said to check my email
- asked if they could manually check my account
- offer now appears on my 'my offers' page

encourage enquiring if you don't have it appear or get an email

I’m thinking of something similar albeit with a VA SG -> HH Gold (which should be available until mid year) before my VA soft lands to PS.

Letting my HH status drop to Silver (rather than stay one night) opens the door to the fast track promos for Gold (and more importantly Diamond) using IHG Diamond. Usually, you can’t sign up for a fastrack if already Gold or higher. So some method in my madness.

It is actually a no brainer for Hilton ...because I will now retain Diamond for another year I have just booked 8 nights over 4 stays in Europe later this year....having guaranteed access to the Executive lounge and free breakfast to offset food costs did not sway my decision at all ;)
I also arrive at 0630am in one city and would get to the hotel by 9am...without Diamond status. I wouldn't even dare ask for an early checkin.
