watching the live timing at the same time, and RIC is still pretty fast, hopefully he can get past the minnows.
Great day to be a couch potato too, Rugby Union repeats all morning, then F1 since 1.30 on Fox, and then straight onto MotoGP and Australia vs Urg

Good start for RIC and he gets swiped... Long lap with a flat tyre - dropped big time

He was a millimetre away from getting to 5th eh....... btw Moa999 did you get to Singapore?.....it was a great few days we enjoyed, ticketek tickets were great, in great spots and TV screens to boot.

I did... Ended up in the Singapore Cricket Club for Day 1, thanks to a mate who had someone pull out, then Bay Grandstand for 2 and 3... Really enjoyed it. -- also good that they broadcast the audio at track - makes watching the screens so much easier

Think RIC would have had the place to stay ahead of BOT given the times he was doing when in fresh air

Yeah the greed of F1 (Bernie) coupled with the greed of the Murdoch's overestimated F1's pull.

I managed to see laps 35-37 @ Club Lounge Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu, thinking how I have lucked in, then had to go to dinner. Didn't dare turn the f1 app on at the table with Mrs Coops1. Was it on FTA? recorded if it was.....

We flew past yesterday morning, it was beautiful. Will post some photos, as I want to start a trip report.....Mt Kinabalu is still actually closed from half way up, they need to cut a new path to the top after the earthquake.

Tonight I will watch the post race debrief as that is normally the best part these days.

I thought it wasn't too bad - but I held out for the BBC highlights, rather than watching the full E2E race.

loved it! even watched the replay with those in the house who slept thru it, was even a bit teary for Chico!
loved that big park area in the middle of the track. just wonder what the facilities are like there. we have a thing where when there is a new race, we never go the first 2 years as they are still learning on how to set it up decently.
