And in the mean time, they have continued to dd the amount, eh?Five months later and I have not received the 10,000 points. I signed up to the VIP Club in September 2025. Over the last four months, I've sent customer support two emails and have had no response to any of them. I'm sending a third email now and escalating the tone and assertiveness.
We'll see what happens.
