15% bonus when TF from credit card to MH

Westpac points hit enrich within 2 days (nov 10th) . Bonus points have just been credited at 15% so I have sent enrich an email asking where the other 5% are. I attached a screen shot showing their conversion on the web page 2000westpac altitude =1200 enrich. ( this conversion is still visible here)

Transferred from Altitude on 11/11/13 (overnight).
Bonus points appeared today, 16 days later,
but dated 11/11/13.

I don't hold much hope of an answer,
but would be very pleasantly surprised if you/we all get the extra 5%.
It is MH after all.

There is no Amex bonus for Aust cards.

I just put 1000 over to test the process.

My Westpac points had not transferred. I rang Westpac and they said call MH. Rang MH and they said to email them. I emailed and had the points within 6 hours. Now just need my transfer bonus.

Sorry to bump up an old thread but finally got the extra 5% points I was after.
Sent the email to enrich in late Nov, with the screen shot of the 20% promo, as I had received the 15% bonus not the 20% advertised. Heard nothing for months then all of a sudden I get an email today saying points are in the account as requested. Checked the enrich account online and low and behold they are all present and correct.

I received the remaining 5% bonus about 2 weeks after email contact.
