Well, I'm seem to be a month behind on the crediting. Having been charged 3 times on 2 policies but only getting 2 lots of points on one policy. Guess I better ring them then.

Similar boat. There have been no issues with the charging - they might even be overcharging one lot? - but I seem to only have one set of points being credited; one bonus last month and this month. I'll have to chase them up too.

Glad to see that people are having success with this.

Unfortunately 2 of my policies have still had no points creditted whatsoever, despite holding all policies for over 2 months now. I've emailed and was told it can take up to 8 weeks, but even that deadline is gone now. Time to give them a call methinks.

Bazinga!!

Cheapest 20K points ever :)

Just so I can clarify...

Are people applying for the policy? Getting it approved.. collecting the bonus points then cancelling?

I'm a bit hesitant about taking out a policy as I dont really want one however if there is 10,000 pts...

What kind of cost are we looking at for these bonus pts?

Yes, is that not obvious from the posts? It takes 3 payments, 3 months and a payment can be as little as ~$8 to a lot more depending on your job risk/ income etc when you sign up.

For example, for me, I paid $30.45 (premium of $10.15 rounded up) and received 10,033 points all up.

Both my policies posted.

20,035 points for about $35.

Given this offer is still around I am going to try for some more points with the two policy types I don't hold.

I was going to suggest that reading the first 20 to 30 posts would give an outline of what is going on. Maybe I just did.

No reason why people shouldn't get the points eventually. It says minimum 2 months, it seems multiple policies are being credited. It says up to 4 months for the bonus points. Hopefully this is not the case for everyone. If you have cancelled I see no reason why you cannot apply again.

Just ignore the 20 pages of they wont pay the bonus versus they will pay discussion!

I came later to this. I have had debits made but no basic points post.

How long after the debit do base points seem to post?

Has anyone had the 10K bonus points post who did not have regular base points post?

My points have appeared about a month after the debit was charged. I.e. 14 Feb charged points show up 16 march.

Did you register your FF number against the policy? ISTR that was a separate step.

Yep, right at the end of the application process there was the (almost obscure) option to enter my FF number. I was on the lookout for it as was posted earlier.

Hi all

Which policies (exact policy name) are eligible for the 10,000 bonus? The definition of eligible policy is not clear and doesn't mention the exact policy name....

Many thanks!

I just called up about my missing points. It seems that one policy did not have my FF number despite that I did the registration process. I would suggest calling them to double check.

I also noticed the fine print on the website said points are not paid until after the FF number is added. Not sure what that will mean with the 3 months of premiums I've paid already or the bonus points. No doubt I've more phone calls in the future. Probably should have asked while on the phone, but the agent was too nice for me to get terse.

The definition does not give exact names. So basically no one can really answer your question. All we have to go on is the definition. This was discussed earlier and based on that definition all policies purchase direct with one path are eligible.

Similar situation. I rang up as the regular pts for 1 policy was posting but not the other; ditto for my partner. The QF FF no. apparently had not been added:shock::shock:; it now has been added manually, and when I asked about the retrospective regular QF pts and the 10000pts bonus, I was told he had to escalate it and wait for a reply (by post) in 5-10 business days:evil::evil:. Unlike you, I was a little terse as he wouldn't discuss my partner's account with me even tho. I had all her details (after all, I signed up for her!!!)...eventually, he agreed to call her whilst I was put on hold (of course, I had to explain to my +1 what all these insurance policies and QFF points were all about in 30 seconds!)

For the policy that had my QF no., despite having paid 3 premiums so far, I have only got 2 lots of points but no sign of the bonus 10K QF pts...was told that I had to wait for the next statement:evil::evil:....Overall, NOT HAPPY!!

So when are people cancelling their policy? 2.5 months in? So pay two monthly premiums then start cancelling?

Near the start of the thread, and when logged into QFF Member Specials, there is a link to the OnePath website, when you click through 4 policies are able mentioned, I would suggest those 4 would be the best to choose, assuming you just want points and not to keep the policy.

Wait until the points post is the way to go I think… I mean, what’s an extra $11 to you for 10,000 points?
