AMEX is having some promotions now.
The AMP card holders will receive 1.5 per dollar until September 30th.
The CPA card holders will receive 1.5 per dollar until August 31st.

Are there any similar offers from other cards?

My current Diners Club card is giving a similar rate until 31 dec 03 8)
 
How are the fees for the Diners? Do they have a separate reward program fee now?
