If you are getting the run-around and have online banking, try logging in to see if a new account has appeared.
After getting inconsistent emails/messages (send documents, then approved, then a delay text message, then required to send documents, then a text message asking me to complete their request for documents) I logged into online banking (as I have a Plus account) to check for a new account. There in the account list was the platinum card with a limit a bit over $15,000. I don't have the salary for Signature but am happy with what I have been given (hoping for an upgrade down the track as credit limit is already high enough). Can't complain about a fee free card with benefits other than just interest free days.
