Trying to book online via the Qantas site tickets one way BKK to SYD. It seems I need to front up to the Bangkok office within 2 days. Something to do with credit card fraud. Seems no issue to book one way from Singapore to Sydney. Can do that no problem. Qantas why why why???

Have been trying to book on the Singapore Airlines website to no avail for the past few weeks. Rang to find out what was wrong. Apparently there has been a glitch with the site since May. The only way to book is via phone and pay the extra booking fee. This is not good enough. Adds extra $$$$...
