Have been trying to book on the Singapore Airlines website to no avail for the past few weeks.
Rang to find out what was wrong. Apparently there has been a glitch with the site since May.
The only way to book is via phone and pay the extra booking fee. This is not good enough.
Adds extra $$$$ especially when you are booking 9 tickets and going via a call centre in India!!

The Singapore Airlines website down is their problem, not yours! It's only fair if you ask them to waive the booking fee because of their own incompetence (which I'm sure they would). The new website has had many problems over the last month since its launch. I really don't see why they had to go and change it. The old website was perfectly fine!!
