I can see "no show" and a value next to it under fare rules. Does that mean if you miss the flight that you get the "no show" value refunded?

Perhaps a silly question, but I'm looking to buy 6 tickets to Europe (flexible between Zurich, Frankfurt or even Paris) for late June/ early July and returning to Melbourne early August. Is there any ideal times to buy to get the best prices? I'm OK with leaving it to late to book. Thanks.
