I guess it depends on the amount outstanding on your mortgage. If for example, you have a fully paid off mortgage, then ~$400 for 300k points with no spend requirement is a pretty nice churn.

Received my points today. Very impressed how quick it was. Got the email to provide QFF number about a week after settlement. Got the points 2 days after that!

4 accounts all got $60 p/w for 10k (even the ones i rarely use). Quite odd, was hoping at least one was $50.

The rate I got was 3.37%. Very painless process. Approved within a week and was about 100x easier than my original home loan (and a lot of CCs). Hopefully more banks start to do this and mortgage churning can be the new CC churning!

Give them a call. My application was in the same state after over a week. Called them and they processed it on the spot (they''ll ask some questions like previous address, recent cards etc) and was approved within 5 minutes.

Not much I think. The shortest wait time I've had between 2 Citi card approvals is over 4 months. When I tried at 3 months, it was auto rejected.

I'm not sure dropping the first leg would change the PoS to HK. I actually thought of doing the same to my booking last year but was told by the Qantas CSR (and others on this forum) that dropping the first leg wouldn't change the PoS of an existing booking. So I didn't end up trying. Would be...
